First, Workforce Management bills a seat: $19 per contractor per month on Contractor Management, $99 on Agent of Record, $199 on Employer of Record. Then a withdrawal to the contractor’s own bank, with conversion, is listed at 1.2% to 4%. Moving money between Payoneer balances is another 0.50%.
Your contractors do not want a Payoneer wallet. They want pesos, rupees, or pounds in the account they already have. That last mile is where Payoneer keeps the spread.

What is Zero FX?
