Where Bancoli can open accounts

Bancoli can open accounts for eligible solopreneurs and registered businesses in most countries.

United States

For US-registered businesses and solopreneurs, Bancoli can currently open accounts in these states:

  • Colorado
  • Hawaii
  • Kentucky
  • Maine
  • Montana
  • New Hampshire
  • New Jersey
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • Pennsylvania
  • Washington
  • Wyoming

We cannot currently open a Bancoli account for a business registered in any other US state or United States territory. The owners can be located in any US jurisdiction as long as their business is located in a supported US state or another supported country.

Beneficial owner tax residence

A beneficial owner does not need to live in the same country as the business registration. We still cannot open an account if any beneficial owner holds tax residence in:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • North Korea
  • Palestine (Gaza Strip and West Bank)

Business registration

Eligible unless listed here. We cannot open a Bancoli business account if the business address is in one of these countries or territories. Countries where we cannot accept a locally registered business, but where the owner is still eligible through a business registered in a supported country, are marked UBO only.

We also cannot open an account if the business is located in Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk.
